I am currently GM of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management at stc.

I hold Master’s degree in Business Process Management from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane Australia.

As a keynote I am a dynamic business process management professional with 18+ years of exponential experience in spearheading revenue assurance and fraud management – driving improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into all revenue methodologies and deliverables. Championed developing blueprint and innovative strategies to enhance business efficiency.

My latest key accomplishments:

  • Provide leadership and vision to maximize the absolute profit and ensured achievement of financial objectives and operational excellence.
  • Introduce first MENA FM Call Center to Increase reachability for the fraud team and handle customer’s complaints related to Fraud faster, preserving highest customer experience.
  • Shift focus towards Network Events to increase coverage and Proactive Fraud detection and gain insights into new fraud areas using Machine learning detection engine.
  • Increase RAFM maturity level towards world class standards through ingesting the latest technology and digitization.
